Rock Climb in Montana with Views of Lake Koocanusa
Enjoy rock climbing in one the best spots in the Stone Hill area of Montana with our Koocanusa rock climb. This area boasts over 500 sport, trad or top rope climbs and the rock is primarily quartzite. Many climbs overlook breathtaking Lake Koocanusa, a 90-mile long reservoir which runs all the way to Canada.
With this all day climb, we’ll set up climbing routes based on your experience and skill levels and what type of climbing you’d like to focus on. So feel free to take an easy climb to enjoy the beauty of Montana or push your climbing skills to the next level with our experts!

The Koocanusa climb site is about 20 minutes west of Eureka, Montana and 80 minutes from Whitefish. Please note that due to the extra travel times we only run all-day excursions to Koocanusa.
